Current-state workflow map
See how the selected workflow moves from its initial trigger to the booking outcome, including the people, systems, policies, and resources involved.
For invited, independent, fixed-location day spas
When a couples booking, gift-card redemption, cancellation, membership, or service restriction leaves the normal self-service path, the work can move across calls, email, forms, texts, booking software, policies, and staff follow-up.
Qadarim examines one agreed booking or coordination workflow, separates evidence from assumptions, and shows what deserves attention first, how a practical future state could work, and what implementation would require.
Illustrative workflow
Two guests want massages together: same time, same room.
Follow the same request as coordination passes between the online booking system, front desk, and simultaneous staff confirmation.

The diagnostic
The diagnostic may be relevant when an exception depends on staff, policy, resource, or cross-channel coordination.
Manual handling alone does not mean a workflow is broken.
The fit conversation confirms whether one specific workflow creates a concrete consequence—such as staff effort, delay, confusion, policy inconsistency, or operational risk—and whether it fits the diagnostic.
Couples or group bookings, or services that require staff confirmation by phone, email, or form.
Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, gift cards, memberships, packages, or booking approvals that require manual handling.
Practitioner, room, equipment, or timing restrictions that cannot be resolved through the ordinary booking path.
Requests that move between the booking system, phone, email, text, forms, and staff—or encounter different instructions on the website and booking system.
What you receive
All five deliverables apply only to the single workflow named in the signed Statement of Work. Implementation itself is not included.

Separate verified problems from assumptions and identify where coordination becomes unclear, delayed, or dependent on manual intervention.
Understand which issues deserve attention first and why.
See how the selected workflow could operate with clearer steps, responsibilities, and handoffs.
Understand the people, process, system, or policy changes that implementation would require—and decide whether it should proceed.

How the engagement works
Before choosing a time, you acknowledge the fixed USD 750 price. No payment is taken when you book.
The conversation establishes whether one consequential workflow can be isolated, supported by controlled evidence, and completed within the diagnostic's scope. It is not a free diagnosis or implementation workshop.
Qadarim sends the Statement of Work within one business day after confirming fit. It defines the single workflow, five deliverables, evidence and participation requirements, exclusions, delivery terms, non-performance protection, and payment action.
The offer remains valid for seven calendar days. Complete offer-expiry terms are provided before scheduling and appear in the Statement of Work before acceptance.
You participate in one 45-minute workflow-intake session, submit the agreed evidence pack, and answer essential clarification questions within two business days.
Qadarim delivers the five diagnostic outputs within seven business days after all start conditions are met.
The delivery period begins on the first business day after both parties sign the Statement of Work, the full USD 750 payment clears, the 45-minute intake is complete, the required evidence pack is submitted, and Qadarim confirms in writing that the evidence is complete enough for the agreed scope.
The engagement includes one 45-minute findings-review meeting and one consolidated round of factual corrections.
Fixed terms at a glance
Client-caused delays pause the delivery clock.
The diagnostic does not include software implementation, custom development, platform configuration, data migration, staff outsourcing, ongoing support, vendor selection, a second workflow, or guaranteed revenue or cost savings.
Evidence and access
Diagnostic evidence is scheduled for deletion 90 calendar days after final delivery, or earlier following a valid contractual request, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
If the diagnostic cannot be completed within these boundaries, Qadarim will decline or stop the engagement instead of requesting prohibited access.
